Jimi Bergeron

Jimi Bergeron is an active composer and arranger from Basile, Louisiana. He attended Basile High School where he was an active member of various bands. Jimi attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he studied composition with Quincy Hilliard and earned his Bachelor of Music (2004) and Master of Music (2007) degrees in composition. He became the band director at Basile High School in 2008 where he is currently teaching. Jimi performs with the Eunice Community Concert Band and Choir and has periodically participated in other community organizations such as the Eunice Players Theatre and the Iberia Concert Band.
