F. Scott Kroll is a music educator of twenty years. His career has been spent educating students in Southwest Georgia. Mr. Kroll earned his Bachelor degree in music education at Troy State University (now Troy University). He studied composition, orchestration, and arranging with Robert W. Smith, Ralph Ford, and Dr. Carl Vollrath. Mr. Kroll was a featured soloist and concert master for the Troy State University Symphony Band, a founding member of the Troy Wind Ensemble, and a section leader and featured soloist with the world-renowned Sound of the South Marching Band. He was also the principal clarinetist with the Southeastern United States Festival Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Terre Johnson. Mr. Kroll resides in Albany, Georgia with his wife and two children.
