Written Orders by FAX or email: All written orders must contain the billing and shipping address of your organization, a purchase order number, the catalog number, title and quantity of the item(s) desired.
Phone Orders: We cannot accept large orders by telephone. We require a written list by email or FAX.
It will make ordering by phone easier if, before you phone, you have the catalog number, title and quantity of the item(s) desired available to you. A purchase order is necessary if required by your organization. You may place an order by calling anytime during office hours; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT with the exception of holidays. Every effort is made to ship orders the same day received. Orders phoned in after 3:00 P.M. will be shipped the following day. Next Day shipments phoned in before 3:00 P.M. receive priority handling for shipment the same day. Those after 3:00 P.M. will not be guaranteed to be shipped that day.
Shipping Information
UPS Ground is our usual carrier for most orders to U.S. addresses. Alternate carriers and/or expedited shipping is available. Exact shipping charges will be added to your invoice.
Additional shipping notes:
- If you have an FPO/APO Box or a Post Office Box number and no street address, we can only ship by Parcel Post.
- To ship by UPS or FedEx Ground we will need your street address.
- In all cases, the actual shipping charge is invoiced to you.
- If you need an estimate of shipping charges, please ask, and allow time for us to do so.
- We do NOT ship on approval.
Payment: All prices shown on barnhouse.com are in U.S. Dollars. Barnhouse reserves the right to change prices without notice. The vast majority of our items are in print and available for immediate shipment. Rarely, some items may not be available at the time of your order and will be listed as back ordered on your invoice. Those items placed on back order will be shipped as soon as our stock is replenished.
