Carl Saunders is a familiar figure in the Los Angeles jazz community and is highly respected for his musicianship, range and tone. LA Jazz Scene magazine recently rated this new CD as one of the top ten jazz CDs for 2000 and we think it is a perfect follow-up to his first CD, “Out of The Blue”, also available from Walking Frog Records. In this new CD he is joined by wonderful string and rhythm sections. Superlative arrangements by Bill Holman, Bob Florence, Clare Fischer, Scott Tibbs and others….. Very Special!!!
